Groomer's Conditioner is puppy and kitten safe. It's biodegradable and nontoxic.

Directions:

After Shampooing your pet, apply a liberal amount of Conditioner to your pets wet coat. Gently spread the product over evenly starting at the head and working back to the tail and legs. Massage into the coat, paying special attention to mats and difficult areas, such as behind the ears. Allow the product to soak in for about 5 minutes. Rinse coat until water runs clear.
